Executive guests do not want options. They want a single chauffeur who knows the schedule, the preferences, the route, and the unspoken rules. Our executive service assigns a primary and backup chauffeur to every account, builds a guest profile that lives with dispatch, and treats every reservation as recurring even when it isn't.
Our typical executive client uses us between four and twelve times a month across Daytona Beach, Orlando, and Jacksonville. Standing accounts include healthcare executives, real estate principals, and several visiting partners of Florida law firms with Daytona offices.
Confidentiality is the product
Every Daytona Sovereign chauffeur signs a non-disclosure agreement at hire and is briefed on confidentiality protocols. Conversations in the cabin are not discussed, names are not posted publicly on social media, and routes are not shared with third parties. For high-sensitivity reservations, we will arrange off-manifest vehicles and unlogged staging.
The Mercedes S-Class is our default executive vehicle for its acoustic isolation and rear privacy. For multi-principal travel, our Cadillac Escalade ESV offers identical privacy with seating for six.
What an executive booking includes
Every executive reservation includes:

Roadshows, multi-stop days, and after-hours
For multi-stop executive days, we assign a dedicated chauffeur for the duration. The vehicle waits at each stop — no re-dispatch, no surge — and your assistant can adjust the schedule in real time through our concierge desk. Hourly rates start at $125 with a two-hour minimum.
After-hours and weekend availability is identical to our weekday standard. There are no premium charges for late-night, early-morning, or holiday reservations.
Onboarding an executive account
We onboard new executive accounts in a single thirty-minute call: preferred vehicle, preferred chauffeur (if applicable), billing arrangement, profile details for the executive, and standing instructions for common destinations. From that point forward, booking is a single line in an email or a thirty-second phone call. Monthly statements consolidate all reservations and are itemized to your finance team's specification.
