Three airports, one standard
Daytona Beach sits inside a triangle of three commercial airports — Orlando International (MCO), Orlando Sanford International (SFB), and Daytona Beach International (DAB). Each has its own rhythm, its own staging logic, and its own quirks. Our chauffeurs work all three on a regular schedule and know the difference between the SunRail-side cell phone lot at MCO and the more efficient north drop at DAB.
Regardless of which airport you fly into, the Daytona Sovereign experience is identical: live flight tracking from the moment you book, an SMS confirmation when your chauffeur is on station, a uniformed meet-and-greet at baggage claim with a name sign, and luggage assistance to a hand-detailed black sedan or SUV.
Flight tracking that actually works
Every airport reservation is automatically linked to your flight number and monitored continuously by our dispatch system. If your inbound flight is delayed by an hour, your chauffeur arrives an hour later — no rebooking, no extra charge, no missed connection. If your flight arrives early, your chauffeur is already there.
We track gate changes, taxi delays, and customs processing time so that we never stage a vehicle on a guess. The thirty minutes of complimentary wait time on domestic arrivals and sixty minutes on international is generous on paper, but in practice we are rarely close to the limit because we know exactly when you'll walk out.
Meet and greet, the way it should be done
Curbside pickups are fine for rideshare. They are not appropriate for executive travel, families with luggage, or guests arriving from international destinations. Every Daytona Sovereign airport arrival includes a complimentary meet-and-greet at baggage claim — your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a digital name sign, assists with luggage, and walks you to the vehicle.
Meet-and-greet is included free of charge on all arrivals at MCO, SFB, and DAB. We will also coordinate with airline VIP services for unaccompanied minors, mobility-impaired travelers, and arriving heads of state or corporate principals.
Routes, rates, and run times
The drive from Daytona Beach to Orlando International typically runs sixty-five to eighty-five minutes, depending on time of day and I-4 conditions. Our chauffeurs build a fifteen-minute buffer into every departure for outbound flights and route around the worst-known choke points.

Outbound, inbound, and the whole trip
Most guests book both outbound and inbound transfers together. Booking the round trip locks in your rates, secures the same chauffeur where possible, and gives our dispatch desk a complete picture of your itinerary for proactive monitoring. Round-trip bookings also unlock a complimentary upgrade to our luxury SUV when available.
